Airova reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet these conditions. All items will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition.

If the item does not meet the return criteria, you will be notified and given the option to have the item returned to you, with shipping costs at your expense.

Return shipping costs

• Keep the proof of shipment until we confirm receipt

• We are not responsible for items sent to us by mistake
